Cestuj s batohem (Travel with a backpack) is a project by two enthusiasts from České Budějovice who didn’t need a grand story to decide to leave everything behind and explore the world. Why? We wanted to enjoy the ‘ordinary’ things and experiences.
But now, honestly… we want to show YOU the real picture of traveling through our eyes. With us, you’ll find answers between the lines, entertainment, and maybe, if you understand what we’re writing about, you’ll also long for a piece of adventure…

I’ve never had a life poisoned by work or study. School years with ongoing work, on the other hand, were the best in my life. I didn’t want to let these joys poison me in the future. Oh, and also, on the road, I don’t have to deal with what I do at home. Am I irresponsible then?
Traveling is terrible magic! Throwing a backpack on, experiencing adventure, and being irresponsible – that’s what I love. I left home for longer because what is short is often not good, and at the same time, I left my ordinary life, which sometimes really bored me. Now I can say that I sometimes experience strange feelings, it must be happiness.
